Our team provided overall Project Management oversight and coordination of the roll out of a new Point of Sale and Revenue Management system which included scheduling, training development and presentation for new site managers and staff; development and execution of the Executive Communication Plan; coordination of the Steering Committee (Finance, HR, IT and Operations)
